The school also offers awards to some students who wish to pursue a major in Supply Chain Management, as well as students pursuing a business degree who are members of the Chickasaw Nation.

Each year, high-achieving first-year undergraduate business majors are selected to join the Meinders Business Leadership Fellows, which includes a $10,000 annual award and a prestigious opportunity to join a network of peers, making a positive impact on the OCU campus, the business school and the community.

Students take part in an innovative program of co-curricular learning and personal development opportunities, enhancing their collegiate experience and opening doors to opportunities after graduation.

Meinders Fellows are an active group on campus, with regularly held meetings, social gatherings and events hosted by the business school.

To be considered for the Meinders Fellowship, a student must have earned a minimum high school GPA of 3.4 and maintain a 3.0 GPA during their OCU studies in order to renew the award each year.
