Competitive scholarships are awards that are available to any OCU undergraduate student and are not dependent on school, college or major. As the name implies, they are offered to selected students based on financial need and other factors. While your OCU application doubles as your scholarship application, you must complete all application steps by the Dec. 15 competitive scholarship deadline to be considered for these awards.
Documents required for consideration include: your admissions application, official high school transcript, resume, a recommendation letter from your high school counselor and a second letter of recommendation.
Some awards may call for additional essays or application requirements. Some competitive scholarships may cover the full cost of an OCU education.
